Returns
If you receive damaged, defective, missing or wrong products we will ensure that the issue is fixed expeditiously. Please send a picture of the damaged or incorrect item to our customer service support team at yardie@yardiecosmetics.com . Our support staff will review all discrepancies and reply to you with the necessary instructions on how to get the item(s) replaced.
Unfortunately we will not be accepting any product returns, however issues will be resolved with store credits and product replacements only.
We apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may cause.
Refund
All order related discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
All payments are nonrefundable.
Discrepancies will only be resolved as follows:
1. Store credits valued at cost of product(s) minus shipping fees. or
2. Replacement of product(s)
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
All discrepancies must be emailed to us:
- Include your Order Number
- Name on the order
- Full shipping address on the order
Text messages, Direct Messages (DM) and Phone Calls will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
